Joyce Groenewegen
Dental hygienist and co-owner of J&M Mondhygiënisten
With a genuine interest in health and care, I have developed a strong passion for helping people achieve a healthy mouth and a radiant smile.
In 2014, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Care at Hogeschool Inholland Amsterdam.
“I have now been working with great pleasure as a dental hygienist for twelve years, during which I have specialized in periodontitis, focusing on the treatment and prevention of gum disease."
An important chapter of my career took place on Bonaire, where I worked for many years with periodontist and implantologist Ronnie Goené. There, I not only learned the technical aspects of the profession, but above all the importance of attention, precision, and trust. This experience has permanently shaped my view of oral care: a healthy mouth starts with strong collaboration between patient and practitioner.
With J&M Mondhygiënisten Woerden, I aim to continue this vision. My goal is for every patient to feel heard, understood, and at ease. Because a healthy mouth means more than clean teeth: it contributes to your confidence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

In 2018, I completed my degree in Oral Health Care at the Hogeschool Utrecht and have been working with great pleasure as a dental hygienist ever since. Over the past years, I have gained extensive experience in the field, with a particular focus on periodontitis treatments.
Joyce and I have worked together with great pleasure for many years. Driven by our shared passion for the profession and our desire to provide patients with the best possible care, we decided to join forces at J&M Mondhygiënisten Woerden.
