Fees
Treatment fees are determined nationally each year by the NZa. The listed amounts are guideline fees and depend on the duration of the treatment and the procedures performed in our practice.
Vergoeding en verzekering
Costs may be reimbursed through a supplementary dental insurance plan. Please check with your health insurer to see what applies to you. Dental hygiene treatments for children up to 18 years old are covered by basic health insurance.
Our invoices are processed through Infomedics and are automatically submitted to your insurer. If there is a remaining amount for you to pay, you will receive an invoice for this. Infomedics manages our billing and claims process, allowing us to focus fully on our patients and their oral health.
To submit claims to your health insurer, we require a BSN linkage. Without this linkage, we are unfortunately unable to submit a claim.
Fees
Treatments are indicated by codes. Dental hygienists mainly use M codes for the treatment of superficial gum inflammation and T codes for the treatment of advanced gum inflammation. For extensive treatments, we always provide a cost estimate in advance.
See the list below for the most commonly used codes and their corresponding fees:
